Just finished my body combat, having my cool down session on a treadmill. Was wondering how come I’m so attracted to intensive workout? Challenging to mental and physical aspects? But I do enjoy that very intensive moments when you focus and sweat it out. Guess that’s how I build my ability to focus. One the moves in body combat requires us to continuosly punching somebody’s nose area, that reminded me of my canoe period where we practised the strokes with our hands as the oars. No way you depend on your arms for strength, but you also need your entire body to pump in more energy especially from your waist.
That’s fun! After this I’m going for my yoga session to soften the muscles through stretching my entire body!
